The Academy’s mission is:

To educate dental professionals on concepts and techniques of restorative dentistry
To conduct diagnostic evaluation of the more difficult problems in restorative dentistry
To provide an internet library and platform for group study among dental professionals

The Academy will specialize in the following areas: 

A Sound Philosophical Approach to Full Coverage Restorative Dentistry
Fixed Bridgework for General Practice—including tooth preparation, temporary fabrication, gingival and osseous surgery for full coverage restorations, fabrication of restorations, insertion and cementation of restorations
The Double-Tilt Precision Attachment Partial Dentures on both Natural Tooth and Implant Abutments–including the philosophy and concept of the double tilt precision attachment case, the philosophical approach of attachments with implants and for cleft palate patients, case design, techniques of fabricating a precision attachment case and maintenance procedures.
Salvaging Hopeless Teeth–including how to save teeth with no clinical crowns without the use of posts, when to save “hopeless” teeth, transitional restorations, how to fabricate temporaries that do not fall out, how to fabricate permanent restorations that do not fall out.
Implant Restorations–including how to plan and design implant restorations and how to use simplified techniques of fabricating implant restorations.
Diagnostic Considerations and Restorative Management of Difficult Cases –Difficult cases can be simplified when carefully thought out. The Academy is dedicated to providing a strong background of crown and bridgework, precision attachment partial dentures, restorative dentistry and implants to allow the practitioner to choose the best treatment options.
